‼️Unfortunately, to ensure product safety and avoid cross-infection we are unable to accept returns and exchanges‼️

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order within the first 24 hours of delivery to confirm the products. Contact us immediately at hoptreatsoffical@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a full unedited unboxing of the package if you have a claim. 

Production Date Labels (Please do not mistake the manufacturing date for an expiration date)

‼️ATTENTION‼️

 The date printed on the product packaging indicates the production date and not the expiration date. 
The actual shelf life (e.g., number of months or years) is clearly printed on the package usually ranging from 12-36 months. I try to put the shelf life on every product description but you would still need to calculate from the printed date.
